Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Peptide Army. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Orders paid via bank transfer will remain pending until the transfer is successfully verified. Once payment is confirmed, orders are prepared for shipment within the estimated processing timeframe.
2. Required Customer Information
To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide accurate and complete information at checkout, including:
- Full name
- Valid mobile phone number
- Saudi National Address
Orders with missing, incorrect, or incomplete information may be delayed or canceled.
3. Shipping Coverage
Peptide Army currently ships orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
4. Temperature‑Controlled (Refrigerated) Shipping
To ensure product quality and stability, all orders are shipped using temperature‑controlled (refrigerated) delivery methods throughout the shipping process.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date of shipment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Shipping Fees
A flat shipping fee of 30 SAR is applied to all orders. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before order confirmation and are non‑refundable.
7. Shipping Delays
Peptide Army is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our control.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are fully responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information. Peptide Army is not liable for delayed, returned, or undelivered shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, any additional shipping or re‑delivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Peptide Army is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Any claims related to loss or damage must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
11. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped, where available.

سياسة الشحن
نشكركم على التسوق من متجر Peptide Army. يرجى قراءة سياسة الشحن بعناية قبل إتمام الطلب.
1. معالجة الطلبات
يتم تجهيز الطلبات بعد تأكيد الدفع. الطلبات المدفوعة عبر التحويل البنكي تبقى قيد الانتظار إلى حين التحقق من استلام التحويل. بعد تأكيد الدفع، يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال المدة التقديرية المحددة.
2. البيانات المطلوبة من العميل
لضمان إتمام عملية التوصيل بنجاح، يجب على العميل إدخال البيانات الأساسية بشكل صحيح وكامل عند إتمام الطلب، وتشمل:
- الاسم الكامل
- رقم جوال صحيح ومتاح
- العنوان الوطني داخل المملكة العربية السعودية
قد يتم تأخير أو إلغاء الطلبات التي تحتوي على بيانات ناقصة أو غير صحيحة.
3. نطاق الشحن
يقوم متجر Peptide Army بالشحن داخل المملكة العربية السعودية فقط في الوقت الحالي.
4. الشحن المُبرَّد
حرصًا على الحفاظ على جودة المنتجات وثباتها، يتم شحن جميع الطلبات باستخدام وسائل توصيل مبردة (متحكم بدرجة حرارتها) طوال عملية الشحن.
5. مدة التوصيل التقديرية
مدة التوصيل التقديرية هي من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الشحن. المدد المذكورة تقديرية وقد تختلف حسب شركة الشحن أو موقع التسليم أو ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة.
6. رسوم الشحن
يتم فرض رسوم شحن ثابتة بقيمة 30 ريال سعودي على جميع الطلبات. يتم عرض رسوم الشحن أثناء إتمام الطلب وقبل التأكيد، وهي غير قابلة للاسترداد.
7. تأخير الشحن
لا يتحمل متجر Peptide Army أي مسؤولية عن التأخير الناتج عن شركات الشحن أو الظروف الجوية أو الظروف القهرية أو أي عوامل خارجة عن سيطرتنا.
8. العنوان أو البيانات غير الصحيحة
يتحمل العميل كامل المسؤولية عن إدخال بيانات شحن صحيحة وكاملة. لا يتحمل المتجر أي مسؤولية عن تأخير أو فشل التسليم أو إرجاع الشحنة بسبب بيانات غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة.
9. فشل محاولات التسليم
في حال فشل التسليم بسبب عدم تواجد العميل أو بسبب بيانات غير صحيحة، فإن أي رسوم إعادة شحن أو محاولة تسليم إضافية تكون على مسؤولية العميل.
10. الشحنات المفقودة أو التالفة
لا يتحمل متجر Peptide Army مسؤولية أي شحنة مفقودة أو تالفة بعد تسليمها لشركة الشحن. يجب تقديم أي مطالبات تتعلق بالفقدان أو التلف مباشرة إلى شركة الشحن.
11. تتبع الطلب
سيتم تزويد العميل برقم تتبع الشحنة بعد شحن الطلب، متى ما كان ذلك متاحًا.
