1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and fully responsible for the accuracy of this declaration.

3. Nature of Products

Peptide Army offers peptides, amino acids, and specialized research-oriented compounds.

The products offered:

  • Are not marketed as dietary supplements;

  • Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease;

  • Are not intended for human consumption unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

Each product page specifies the nature and intended use of the product. The customer is responsible for reviewing and understanding this information prior to purchase.

4. No Medical Advice

All information provided on this website is for educational and informational purposes only.

Peptide Army does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Legal Compliance

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, storage, and use of any product complies with the laws and regulations applicable within their jurisdiction.

Peptide Army makes no representation regarding the legal status of any product in any specific region.

Delivery services are available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

6. Accuracy of Customer Information

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout, including:

  • Full legal name matching identification;

  • A valid and reachable contact number;

  • A complete and accurate National Address.

Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or failure.

If delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate information, failure to respond to the shipping carrier, or refusal to accept the shipment, any resulting costs or risks shall be borne by the customer.

7. Orders and Payment

Peptide Army reserves the right to review, limit, or refuse orders for operational or security reasons.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

If Cash on Delivery is selected, a non-refundable shipping confirmation fee of 30 must be transferred within 48 hours of placing the order.

This amount confirms purchase intent and will be deducted from the total order amount upon delivery.

If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order may be canceled.

8. Refrigerated Shipping and Transfer of Responsibility

All products are shipped via an actual Cold Chain refrigerated shipping system through specialized courier services to preserve product quality and integrity during transit.

Peptide Army remains responsible for properly preparing the order and delivering it to the refrigerated shipping carrier according to approved standards.

Responsibility for product condition and temperature transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

After delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility for proper storage and maintaining the recommended temperature conditions.

Peptide Army shall not be liable for product deterioration resulting from:

  • Delayed acceptance of delivery after a delivery attempt;

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer;

  • Refusal to accept delivery;

  • Failure to comply with recommended storage conditions after delivery.

9. Storage Responsibility

Certain products may require refrigeration or specific temperature-controlled storage.

Upon receipt of the shipment, the customer is solely responsible for adhering to the recommended storage conditions.

10. Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of certain products, all sales are final.

In the event of an order error attributable to Peptide Army, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and provide clear supporting evidence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptide Army’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the purchased product.

Peptide Army shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or third-party claims arising from the use or misuse of any product.

14. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Peptide Army harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses, including third-party claims, arising from:

  • Misuse of products;

  • Violation of these Terms;

  • Breach of applicable laws or regulations.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall first be addressed in good faith.

If necessary, disputes shall be resolved through confidential arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration standards.
